You can find Thirteen7Kitchens Llp at Shop Number 37 on the ground floor. We are situated right across from Sri Venkateswara College, so we see hundreds of Delhi University students every single day. It’s a very high-energy area to be in. Our shop isn't very big, but we make the most of the space we have. It’s mostly about getting food ready and out the door. We don't have fancy booths or a big waiting area. People usually just stop by because they are in a hurry between classes. The ground floor location is great because we don't have to lug supplies up any stairs. We are pretty busy during the lunch hours when the college is out, and then it calms down a little in the evenings. We’ve had this spot for a bit, and the walls are covered with notes and orders pinned up everywhere. It’s a bit messy at times, but that’s just how a busy kitchen environment ends up looking. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or anything corporate. We just show up, prep the food, and serve whoever walks in. Being near the university keeps us on our toes because students always want something quick. We have a couple of chairs for when we need a break, but mostly we are on our feet. It's a simple life, running a kitchen in a busy college area like this. We just keep cooking and serving.
