Lite Bite Foods Pvt Ltd operates out of Kesabkunj, which is a building in Sector-22 of Dwarka. We are in Flat No-B, 233. It is a busy part of New Delhi and there is always something going on outside. Since we are in the food business, there is usually a lot of talk about menus and supplies. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors and checking on deliveries. The office is basically a flat filled with files, samples, and a couple of computers. It gets a bit crowded when we have meetings, so we often just stand around the kitchen counter. We do not have any fancy decorations. It is just a workplace where we try to keep the operations running smoothly. The elevators in the building are sometimes slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. Dwarka is a big area and being in Sector-22 puts us right in the middle of it. We are just regular people working hard to manage the food logistics and everything that goes with it. Some days are long, especially when there are new products to sort out. We eat a lot of snacks during the day because we are surrounded by them. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of setup. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day to keep the business moving.
