We are over here at H.No.169B-Qutub Vihar in the Phase 1 Goyela Dairy area. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi and we’ve been around for a bit now. Most days are just about getting the coffee ready and making sure the machines are working right. It gets pretty hectic in the mornings when everyone wants their drink at the same time. We try to keep things moving. The space isn’t huge but it works for what we do. People come in, grab what they need, and head out to work or wherever they're going. Sometimes the milk delivery is late or the weather makes it hard for people to get here, but we usually open up on time anyway. We don't really do anything fancy, just the usual stuff you expect from a coffee place. There's a lot of noise from the street sometimes, especially with the dairy nearby and the traffic. We just focus on the beans and the water. It’s a job like any other, really. We see the same faces every day, which is nice because you get to know how they like their sugar or if they're in a hurry. The floor needs a sweep pretty often because of the dust from the road. We just keep at it day after day. It's nothing too special, just a local spot where you can get a cup of coffee and sit for a minute if there is a chair free.
