Nirala'S Hotlic Gurgoan Food &Beverage Dept.

This is Nirala'S Hotlic, and we handle the food and beverage department over here in New Delhi. We are specifically located at C-87 in Gopal Nagar, which is right near the Arthoplus Hospital in the Nazafgarh area. Rakesh Kumar is the one who keeps everything running here. It is a busy part of town, especially with the hospital so close by, but we have our routine down. We aren't a big fancy restaurant or a massive catering firm with hundreds of trucks. We are a smaller operation that focuses on getting the food side of things right. The kitchen is always going, and there is usually a lot of noise and heat, but that is just how a food department works. We spend a lot of time checking our supplies and making sure the orders are going out to the right places. The space in Nazafgarh is practical for us. It isn't about looking polished; it is about making sure the work gets done and the food is handled properly. Rakesh is usually there from the morning until late at night, making sure everything is in order. We have a few staff members who live nearby, so it feels like a very local operation. We just do our job every day and try to keep things moving without too much fuss. It is hard work, but it is what we know how to do. We've been at this for some time now and like it.
