Devyani International Ltd.(Costa Coffee)

Our office is situated at Wz-654/3A, on Street No:-18G in Sadh Nagar. This is in the Palam area of New Delhi, which is a very busy and lived-in part of the city. We look after things for Devyani International Ltd., specifically focusing on the Costa Coffee side of the business from this location. It’s not a cafe itself, but more of an administrative spot where we keep the paperwork in order. The street outside is narrow and can get quite clogged with bikes and cars during the rush hour. Inside, it smells a bit like old paper and the occasional coffee that someone brings in. We have a lot of folders stacked on the tables and some maps of the city pinned to the walls. It’s a hardworking atmosphere. We don’t spend much time on decorations. We just focus on making sure the supplies and the staffing for the outlets are being handled. Most of us live nearby, so we know the Palam area like the back of our hands. We take our breaks at the local dhabas around Sadh Nagar. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don’t have a corporate feel here at all. It’s more like a small family business where everyone knows what they need to do. We’ve been in this street for a while now, and the local shopkeepers all know us by name. It’s a busy life but we like it this way.
