Sri Sai Fertilizers

Our place is located on Street Number 9 in the Mahipal Pur Extension area, over toward Capashera. It’s house number 299. This isn't a fancy storefront with big glass windows or bright lights. We mostly deal with large bags of fertilizer and different supplies for the soil. It’s a dusty kind of job, as you can probably imagine. We spend a lot of our time moving heavy sacks around and making sure the inventory is right for the season. People from the nearby villages and residential areas come by when they need to get their crops or small gardens going. We’ve been in this particular street for quite a while now. The road outside can be a bit narrow for the bigger trucks, so it’s always a bit of a puzzle getting things unloaded without blocking everyone else. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just know what works for the dirt and the plants around this region. Sometimes the weather makes things very slow, or a shipment gets stuck somewhere, but that’s just the nature of this trade. We talk to the farmers and the local folks about their plants and what they're trying to grow. It’s honest, physical work. We wear sturdy boots and don't mind getting our hands a bit dirty. The shop usually smells like earth and old sacks, which is exactly what you’d expect. We just keep the doors open and help whoever comes in.
