Dwarka is a bit different from the rest of Delhi—it feels a little more planned, but it still has its quirks. Working out of a residential-style building gives the place a different feel than a typical office block. We deal with agro-related business, mostly managing the various aspects of the trade from our desks. The view from the sixth floor is actually quite nice, looking out over the other blocks and the trees. We aren't a big firm with lots of layers of management. It is just a few of us here. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Most of our time is spent coordinating with people in the field or dealing with the administrative side of things. It can be a bit repetitive, but the agro business is like that.
