Shiv Shakti Gift Gallery & Cosmetics is right at G-1 in the Munish Twin Plaza in Dwarka. It’s a decent-sized spot for us. We have both gifts and cosmetic items spread out across the shop. Dwarka is a modern area, and Munish Twin Plaza is a well-known building. We’ve been at G-1 for a while now. Most days are spent helping people find the right shade of lipstick or a nice gift for a birthday. It gets pretty busy in the evenings when people are out for a walk. We don't have any fancy corporate training. We just learned as we went along. The shop can get a bit cluttered because we try to keep a lot of variety. We are always rearranging the shelves to make more room. Being on the ground floor at G-1 is helpful for people walking by. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people just see the sign and come in. We like the atmosphere in Dwarka. It’s a bit cleaner and more organized than some other parts of the city. We keep the shop open seven days a week usually. It’s just us running the place, so it keeps us on our feet. The address is easy to find once you get to the plaza. We’re just local people trying to run a good business. There’s no hidden mission or anything like that. We just sell gifts and cosmetics. It is a lot of standing around, but we enjoy meeting the neighbors who visit.
