Gifty Pedia

Gifty Pedia is our little shop located over in Dwarka, very close to Rampal Chowk. If you know that area, you know it gets quite crowded with traffic and people walking around at all hours. We have been in this spot for some time now. It is a straightforward place with no bells or whistles. We sell gifts and small things like that to the people living in the apartments around here. Most of our days are spent waiting for people to walk in from the main road. The shop is not too big, so we have to be careful about where we put everything on the shelves. Sometimes the glass gets a bit dusty if we do not wipe it down every single morning before the first customer arrives. We are just local folks trying to run a business. It is not always easy with so many other shops nearby, but we manage to get by. People from the residential blocks usually come by when they realize they forgot a birthday or an anniversary at the last minute. We try to keep a variety of items, though we obviously cannot stock everything in the world. The fan in the corner makes a bit of clicking noise, but it keeps us cool while we work through the afternoon heat. Dwarka is a big place, but our little corner near Rampal Chowk feels like home to us. We keep things simple and do not try to act like a big corporate store.
