Gifts By Meeta is actually a venture of Ferns N Petals. We are all about gifts, as you can probably guess from the name. We spend our days surrounded by all sorts of items that people give to each other for special occasions. It might be a bouquet, a cake, or something more unique. Since we are tied to Ferns N Petals, we have a lot of resources, but the shop itself feels very much like a local place. It is often quite busy, especially around Valentine’s Day or during the wedding season. There are always boxes to be unpacked and ribbons to be tied. We don't have a formal way of doing things. We just try to help every person who walks in find something that makes them smile. The shop can be a little messy sometimes because we are always in the middle of wrapping something up for a customer. We don't use any polished marketing talk. We just show you what we have and let you decide. It is a happy kind of job because we get to be a small part of people’s celebrations. We work long hours when the holidays come around, but it is worth it to see the gifts going out the door. We aren't a big, cold corporation. We are just people who like helping other people find the right present. It’s hard work but it keeps us on our toes.
