Secret Entree Llp is located at Shop No 124 A/3 in Katwaria Sarai. If you’ve ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know it’s packed with students and people looking for a quick bite. Our shop is small. It’s not really a secret, despite the name. We just liked how it sounded. We spend most of our day behind the counter. The space is tight, so we have to be careful not to bump into each other. Katwaria Sarai is always moving, so there is constant noise from the street. We keep the fridge stocked and the stove running. It’s a lot of manual work. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. Sometimes the sink leaks a little and we have to fix it ourselves. We use simple ingredients and just try to get things done. The address is easy to find if you know the main landmarks nearby. We get a lot of regulars who live in the local PGs. They come in, eat, and leave. We’ve had some long nights here when the orders didn't stop. It’s a basic shop and we like it that way. No frills, just a place to get some food and carry on with your day. We’ve been here for a bit and plan to stay as long as we can.
