Rasi Seeds Pvt Ltd is over at Plot No.476 on Road No.4 in Mahipalpur. We are right by the National Highway. It is very easy to find because we are near Aggarwal Sweets. The smell of the sweets sometimes comes over here when the wind is right. Our place is mostly about seeds. We spend a lot of time checking bags and talking to folks who come in from the villages. The highway is always loud. You hear the trucks honking all day and night. It never really gets quiet around here. We have a small office inside the building. It’s a bit cramped because we have so many samples and boxes piled up. The lights flicker sometimes. We should probably get that fixed but we never seem to find the time. We drink a lot of water because it gets dusty with all the traffic outside. Most of our days are spent on the phone or writing down numbers in big ledgers. We don't use the computers for everything. Writing it down feels more real to us. The staff here has been together for a long time. We eat lunch together in the back. Usually someone brings pickles from home. It is a busy spot but we like being where the action is. The proximity to the highway makes it simple for the transport trucks to pull in and out without too much trouble. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It isn't a glamorous job but it's what we know.
