It’s right near Ramphal Chowk, which is a pretty well-known landmark around here. We spend our time putting together salad boxes and managing the food prep. It’s a private limited company, but it feels more like a small kitchen team. The third floor gets a bit warm in the summer, but we keep things moving. We chose Dwarka because there are a lot of people here looking for something different to eat. It’s not about being a big corporate chain. We just like making meals that aren't heavy. Most of our day is spent chopping, packing, and making sure the delivery riders find the place. Being near Ramphal Chowk means there's always something going on outside. It’s a busy part of Delhi, and we are just happy to have our little spot here. We don't do much advertising; word usually just gets around. It’s just a group of us working hard to keep the boxes going out on time. It’s honest, simple work and we try to do it right every day without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been here for a bit and plan to stay for much longer if we can.
