Mughlai Station Llp

You can find us at Mughlai Station Llp over in Mahavir Enclave Part 1. The address is a bit long, Rzc 3/212A on the second floor. Palam is a busy place to be, and our little corner in Gali No 12 is no exception. We do a lot of cooking here, focusing on those heavy Mughlai dishes that people seem to love. The kitchen is almost never quiet. There is always someone chopping onions or stirring a big pot of gravy. It’s a small team, mostly just friends and family working together. We don't have a lot of space, so we have to be very organized. Sometimes the delivery guys have trouble finding the right plot number in Block C3, so we spend a lot of time on the phone giving directions. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s a working kitchen with flour on the floor and steam in the air. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, especially when the orders pile up at night. The heat from the tandoor can be quite a lot during the summer months. We don't use any fancy advertising. Usually, people just smell the food and stop by to see what's cooking. It’s hard work, and we’re often tired by the time we close up. But it’s what we do. We just focus on the food and getting the next order ready for the customer.
