You can find Mansoon Seeds Pvt Ltd at A-29 in the Naraina Industrial Area Phase-2. Being in an industrial area means things are always moving, and it is never particularly quiet around here. There are trucks loading and unloading constantly on our narrow street. Our unit, A-29, is where we handle all the seed processing and the administrative work that goes with it. It is a functional space with high ceilings and plain concrete floors. We do not have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and a few safety posters. The air inside always has a faint scent of grain and dust, which is just part of the job we do. Most of the people working here have been with us for years, so we are a pretty tight-knit group. We do not use big words or try to act like we are more important than we are. We just know our seeds and we know our business. The afternoons get quite hot in the warehouse part of the building, but we have got some big industrial fans that help a little. Lunchtime usually involves everyone sitting together in the small break area and sharing whatever food they brought from home.
