M 131 Variety Of Dosa Llp

We’ve been running M 131 Variety Of Dosa Llp for a while now in the Mahavir Enclave area. The name on the registration is a bit of a mouthful, but we mostly just focus on making the food. Our place is at Rz L 5, specifically on the first floor in Flat No Ff 3. It’s not a huge space, but it’s where everything happens. We spend most of our time dealing with dosa batter and keeping the stoves going. It gets pretty hot in the kitchen, especially during the lunch rush, but that is just how the job is. We aren't trying to be some fancy restaurant chain with polished floors and uniforms. It’s just us in this corner of South West Delhi. People from the neighborhood stop by, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of them over the years. Some days are better than others, and sometimes we run out of ingredients earlier than we planned. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but we like the pace. We don't have any big slogans or goals other than making sure the food is ready for whoever comes in. We do a lot of cleaning too, because making dosas can get messy. The address is a bit long to write out on forms, but it’s easy to find once you are near the enclave. We just show up every day and do our work. That’s how we’ve always done it.
