You can find Karce Enterprises (India) Pvt. Ltd. up on the third floor of Ansal Chamber-I. It is right in the middle of Bhikaji Cama Place, which is always crowded and busy with people rushing around. Our office, A-311, is a bit of a trek up the stairs if the lift is acting up, which happens more than we’d like it to. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and stacks of files that we need to get through. We deal with a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. The view from the window isn't much to talk about, just other office buildings and more people rushing around below. It’s a very typical Delhi office environment. We have our tea breaks at the same time every day, and that’s when we actually get to talk about things other than work. The space is a bit cramped because we’ve accumulated a lot of equipment and folders over the years, but we know where everything is. It’s not a corporate glass tower, just a regular place where people come to work their shifts. We’ve been in Bhikaji for a long time, so we’ve seen plenty of shops and businesses come and go in the complex. Our routine is pretty set now. We arrive, handle the correspondence, talk to the various people who drop by for meetings, and eventually lock up for the evening. It’s simple and it works for us. There isn't any big secret to it.
