You can find us at 843, Ghitorni on MG Road. It’s a long road with a lot of shops, but Furniture & Floors has its own little corner. We handle exactly what the sign says. There is always a lot of dust from cutting wood or tiles, so the floor is rarely as clean as we’d like it to be. Dealing with MG Road traffic is just a daily part of life for us here. We spend a lot of time moving heavy stacks of flooring around and showing people different types of wood and laminate. It isn't a glamorous job. Your hands get rough and you spend a lot of time on your knees checking if a floor is level. We’ve got samples all over the place, some leaning against walls and some in piles. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. If you come in, you’ll probably find someone with a tape measure around their neck. We just focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the materials are what they should be. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we do the work, and we go home. Ghitorni is a busy place for this kind of trade, and we fit right in with the other shops around us.
