Our place is at 349 Mehrauli Gurgaon Road, right in the Sultanpur area. If you’ve ever driven down MG Road, you know how crazy the traffic gets, especially near the metro station. We are right there in the thick of it. Inside, it’s a bit calmer, though we usually have samples of fabric, wood, and wallpaper scattered all over the tables. We do interior work, so there’s always something being measured or a drawing being looked at. It’s a messy process, trying to figure out what fits where. We aren't one of those high-end boutiques where everything is perfect and untouchable. It’s more of a working studio. People drop by to look at catalogs or talk about how they want their living room to look. Sometimes we’re out on site more than we’re actually in the office. Sultanpur has become quite a hub for this kind of stuff lately. Our neighbors are mostly other shops doing similar things. The building itself is just a standard block on the main road. We don't spend much on decorating our own space because we’re too busy worrying about everyone else's homes. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with suppliers and workers. Some days are good, some days everything goes wrong, but we just keep at it and try to finish what we started. That is the way it goes in this business.
