Furniture & Floors

We are based at 843 Ghitorni, right along the Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road. If you’ve driven down MG Road, you know it’s the place to go when you’re looking for things for your house. Our shop, Furniture & Floors, is one of the many along this stretch. It’s a long, busy road and there is always something happening outside. We have a mix of different flooring samples and furniture pieces scattered around the shop floor. It’s not perfectly arranged like a catalog, but it gives people a real idea of what they’re getting. I spend a lot of time walking around on the different surfaces we sell, showing people how they wear. The building itself is an older one, and we’ve had to fix a few leaks over the years. It has a lot of character though. We get a lot of dust from the main road, so we’re constantly cleaning the displays. It’s just me and a couple of others working here most days. We don't do much in the way of big marketing campaigns. Most people just stop their cars when they see something in the window that catches their eye. We try to be helpful without being pushy. Sometimes we stay late to finish a quote or help a customer who came in just before closing. It’s a busy life on MG Road, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
