Ferrolinkers

Ferrolinkers is located on the first floor of B-6/15 in Safdarjung Enclave. It’s a pretty standard setup for this part of Delhi. We work in the iron and steel trade, mostly acting as a link between different parties. The office has that lived-in feel with old desks and shelves full of catalogs and trade journals. Safdarjung Enclave is a nice enough place, though it’s gotten a lot more crowded over the years. We’ve seen the neighborhood change while we’ve stayed here doing our thing. Our day usually starts with checking the market prices and making a few calls. It’s not the kind of place with a big sign or a fancy lobby. You just walk up the stairs and we’re right there. We have a small staff and we’ve mostly been together for a long time, so we don’t need to explain much to each other. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise and we have to give it a kick, but it works. We deal with a lot of heavy industry people, so the talk is usually pretty direct and to the point. No one here is into big corporate talk. We just focus on getting the right materials to the right people. It’s a straightforward business and we keep it that way. We like being in this part of town because it’s central and easy for people to find us when they need to talk.
