D. A. P. L. Invitation Cards

Our shop is located in the Naraina Industrial Area, Phase I, at C-187. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how busy and industrial it feels. There are trucks everywhere and the sound of machines never really stops. We specialize in invitation cards, so the smell of ink and the sound of the paper cutters is what we live with every day. We have stacks of cardstock in every color you can imagine. During the wedding season, this place becomes a bit of a madhouse. We are constantly printing and checking for errors. It’s not a luxury showroom. It’s a working print shop. We have heavy machinery that takes up most of the floor space, and we have to be careful walking around. My desk is usually buried under sample cards and ink swatches. We try to keep up with the orders, but sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and we just have to deal with it as best as we can. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. Most people find us because they saw a card we made for someone else. It’s hard, tiring work, especially when we have to stay late to finish a big batch. But there’s something nice about seeing a finished stack of cards ready to be sent out for someone’s big day. We just do our bit and keep the machines running.
