Barrels Cafe'S Private Limited

If you’ve ever walked around the Central Market in Sector-6, Dwarka, you know how busy it gets. Barrels Cafe'S is located right in the middle of it on the third floor of Plot No.8. It’s a bit of a climb, but once you’re up here, the noise from the market below fades out a little. We started this place because we wanted a spot in this part of South West Delhi that didn't feel like those big chains. It’s just us running things day-to-day. We spend a lot of time cleaning tables, making coffee, and chatting with the regulars who come in after shopping. The kitchen isn't huge, so things can get a bit tight when it's lunchtime, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be the most famous cafe in the city or anything. We just like having a space where people can sit down for a bit. Sometimes the oven acts up or a delivery is late, which is frustrating, but that’s part of the life. We do our own shopping for supplies and try to keep things fresh. It’s hard work, especially on weekends when the market is packed, but seeing people enjoy a simple snack makes it okay. We’re just local folks working in Dwarka, trying to keep the lights on and the coffee hot for whoever walks through the door.
