Amex International

Our business, Amex International, is tucked away in the Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-Ii at B-69. Being in an industrial zone means there is always the sound of machines or trucks moving in the background. It is not the most beautiful place to work, but it is where the real stuff happens. We deal with international trade and that involves a lot of coordination. There are days when the office is filled with stacks of documents that need to be signed and filed. We have a small office space that is mostly functional. There are a few chairs, some old computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We don't really have a front desk or a receptionist because we are usually too busy working on orders. The weather in Delhi can be tough, especially in the summer when the industrial area gets really hot. We just turn on the fans and keep moving. Our team has been together for a while so we don't need to talk much to know what needs to be done. We focus on the practical side of things like shipping dates and container space. It is a straightforward operation without any bells and whistles. We are just here to do the work and go home to our families at the end of the day. That is the reality of running a place in Naraina for us. We don't think much about branding or fancy websites. It is just work.
