Aarti Novelities

Aarti Novelities is a small business we run out of E-7 in Naraina Vihar. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the bigger markets in Delhi, which I personally prefer because it allows me to actually talk to the people who walk in. We mostly stock novelty items, small gifts, and some things you might need for a house party or a special occasion. The shop isn't part of any big chain; it's just a local place where we try to keep things that people in the Naraina Vihar area find useful. I usually open up around ten in the morning and start by dusting off the shelves. We have a lot of small items, so they tend to collect dust pretty quickly. The address at E-7 is easy to find once you are in the Vihar area. I’ve lived around here for a long time, so I see a lot of familiar faces coming through the door every day. It’s not a fancy place with expensive decor, just plain shelves and a wooden counter. Sometimes I have to move piles of boxes just to find a specific item a customer is asking for, but that's just how we operate. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media team. People just know we are here and they come in when they need something quick. It’s a steady way to spend the day, and I like being part of the local neighborhood fabric.
