Nilesh Tarder

The shop is located at Shop No. 37/38 inside the Basi Baba Shoopnig Center. We are right on the Kotam Goa Road in Lasal Goan. It’s a busy area especially when the local trade is picking up. The center itself has a lot of movement, and our space is right in the middle of it. We spend most of our time dealing with paperwork and talking to people who come by to do business as Nilesh Tarder. Lasal Goan is a place where everyone knows everyone, so things are usually pretty casual around here. Our office isn't very large, but we’ve got enough room for a couple of chairs and a desk where we handle the day-to-day stuff. Sometimes the fans overhead make a bit of noise, but you get used to it. The road outside stays dusty most of the year. We have been working from this spot for a while now and the neighbors are all familiar. We don't spend money on big signs or glossy brochures because people just know where to find us. Most of the work involves checking stocks and making sure deliveries are on time. It can be a bit stressful when things get backed up, but we manage. There’s always a glass of tea on the table and someone coming in to chat about the market prices. It’s a practical way to spend the day, and we don't plan on changing much about how we run things.
