Being in Goa is great, though it’s not all beaches and holidays like people think. We work hard here. Our office is basically a house that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s got a very local feel. You can hear the neighbors and the birds outside. We do a lot of digital work on our laptops. Sometimes the rain in the monsoon season is so loud we can’t hear each other talk. We just wait it out. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have a big corporate sign or anything. Just a small plate by the door. Most of us grew up around Salcette, so we know the area well. We take our breaks and maybe walk down the road for a snack. It’s a bit different from the offices in the big cities. We don't wear suits. It’s mostly just t-shirts and flip-flops. We handle the interactive side of things for our clients. It’s steady work and we enjoy the pace here. Navelim is a quiet spot, and that helps us focus. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and live our lives in Goa. It’s not a complicated existence. We just take it one day at a time here at the house.
