Ncom Llp

You can find Ncom Llp over at Rashmi Apartments in New Vaddem. We’re in flat FF2, which is on the first floor. We are right across from the first water tank, not too far from the Saibaba Temple. It’s a pretty easy landmark for people to find. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and it works well for us. The apartment setup makes it feel less like a stuffy office and more like a workspace where you can actually think. We deal with various communications and networking stuff, but we don't go around using big words to sound important. We’re just a small partnership trying to make a living and help our customers. The area around the temple is usually busy, so there’s always something happening outside. We have a small balcony where we take our breaks and watch the traffic go by. Inside, it’s mostly just computers, cables, and a few chairs. We don't have a dress code or any of those corporate rules. If you need something, you just ask. We try to be helpful and stay out of trouble. Sometimes we work late into the night when a project gets complicated. It’s not always fun, but it’s the work we chose. We like being in New Vaddem because it feels like a real community. We aren't some distant company; we’re right here in the neighborhood, doing what we can.
