You can find us at L-28 in the Verna Industrial estate here in Goa. Umesh Tiwari is usually around managing things on the floor. It’s a pretty standard industrial area, so it gets quite hot during the afternoons, but we manage with the fans going full blast. Working in Verna is interesting because you see all sorts of businesses around you, but it’s mostly just hard work and keeping things moving. We’ve got our space set up to handle the technical side of things without any extra fluff. The building is sturdy and does the job. Most days start early before the sun gets too high, and we stay busy until the evening shift ends. We aren't tucked away in some shiny corporate park; we’re right here in the middle of the noise and the action of the industrial zone. If you’re coming to see us, just follow the main road through Verna until you hit our block. It’s not hard to find if you know the landmarks. We spend a lot of time checking on wires and keeping the systems running like they should. It’s honest work and we’ve been at it for a good stretch of time now. Sometimes we stop for a quick lunch at one of the small shacks nearby. The food is simple but it keeps us going. It’s a decent place to work if you don't mind a bit of dust and a lot of activity.
