We've been here in Ponda for a while now. The shop is over at Shantinagar, specifically at RV Shetye's place. It's not a huge setup, just us handling whatever tech problems come through the door. Most days are busy with folks from around Goa coming in because their computers are acting up or they need some help setting things up. We don't really do the fancy office thing. It's just a workspace where we get things fixed. Ponda is a nice area, and being in Shantinagar makes it easy for locals to find us. We handle a bit of everything, from software installs to hardware tweaks. Sometimes parts take a day or two to arrive, but that's just how it goes. We try to be straightforward about what we can do and how much it’ll cost. No one likes surprises when it comes to repair bills. We've got our tools, our desks, and usually some tea going. It gets humid here in Goa, so we keep the fans running. People know us as the place to go when the screen goes blank or the internet stops working. It's honest work and it keeps us busy. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. If you're passing through Shantinagar, you'll see the sign. We've been in this spot for a bit and plan to stay.
