Zaid Khan

We are located on the 4th floor of B-80 in the Ansar Apartments. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs since the building is older, but the view of Street No. 8 from up here isn't too bad. Zaid Khan has been running things from this Gaffar Manzil location in Jamianagar for a while now. The Okhla area is always full of energy, and that definitely flows into our workspace. It is a busy environment with people coming and going all the time. Our office is a bit of a maze with all the shelves and boxes we have lying around. We don't have much in the way of decor, just the essentials for getting the work done. The heat in New Delhi can be tough in the summer, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. Most of our time is spent on the computer or organizing the various bits of paperwork that pile up. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We don't use any fancy systems, just a lot of lists and manual work. The neighbors in the apartment block are used to us by now. It’s a community where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We just try to stay focused on our tasks and get home at a decent hour. It's a practical, no-nonsense way to run a business in the city and stay busy.
