Our office is located at 228D, Pocket C in the Siddhartha Extension area, right near Ashram. If you know New Delhi, you know that Ashram is basically one giant traffic jam most of the time. We hear the horns honking all day long from our desks. It’s a busy place because we deal with fleet stuff, so there are always people coming and going. The building itself is a bit older, but it’s sturdy. We have a lot of maps and charts on the walls to keep track of where everything is. It’s not the kind of office where you’ll find a bean bag or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some biscuits in the drawer. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all have to wait around for it to come back, which gives us a chance to catch up on office gossip. We’ve been here at Siddhartha Extension for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. The neighbors are mostly quiet, which is nice. We try to keep things organized, but when it gets busy, papers end up everywhere. It’s just how it goes when you’re working with vehicles and logistics. We all live fairly close by, so the commute isn’t too bad compared to some other people we know. It’s a practical workspace for practical people.
