Global Excellence

The office for Global Excellence is actually based in one of the D.D.A. Flats in Kalka Ji, at A-236. It’s a typical residential-style setup which makes the whole place feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office building. We have been in Kalka Ji for quite some time, and we like the local feel of the neighborhood. There are always people walking their dogs or kids playing outside, which you can see from our windows. Inside, it’s a bit of a squeeze with all the filing cabinets and the desks we’ve crammed in, but it works for us. We handle all our business from here, mostly just coordinating things over the phone and on our laptops. The stairs up to the flat can be a bit of a climb if you’re carrying heavy bags, but it’s good exercise. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby; you just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. It’s an honest, simple way of working. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and making sure our records are up to date. Sometimes the neighbors come by to complain about where someone parked, but that’s just part of being in a D.D.A. colony. We like that it isn’t a sterile corporate environment and feels more like a real part of the city.
