Our place is down in S-23 on the ground floor in Okhla Industrial Area Phase II. If you’ve ever been around here, you know how the traffic can be, especially with all the delivery vans coming and going. We handle packaging systems, so there’s always stacks of parts and half-finished machines sitting around the floor. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. The lights inside are a bit dim, and it stays cool because we’re on the ground level, which is nice during the Delhi summers. We aren't a big corporate office with people in suits. Most of us wear work clothes that get dirty by ten in the morning. We spend a lot of time tinkering with sensors and belts to make sure everything moves the way it should. Lunch happens at the back where it’s a bit quieter. We talk about the local news or just complain about the heat. The building itself is older, and you can see the history in the cracks on the walls. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone walks in, whoever is closest to the door helps them out. It’s a simple way of running things, but it works for us. We’ve seen other shops come and go in Okhla, but we’ve managed to stick around by just focusing on the machinery. Every evening we lock up the shutters and head home, ready to do it again tomorrow for the next batch of orders.
