We’ve been at T-32 in Okhla Industrial Estate Phase II for quite a while now. Most people around here just call us Apparel & Leather Technics. It’s an industrial area, so it’s always busy with trucks and people moving stuff around. We deal with machines and technical parts for making clothes and leather goods. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a practical space where we get the work done. The team here knows the ins and outs of the machinery. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate, or traffic gets backed up near Phase II, but we just keep at it. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We mostly just focus on the technical side of things, making sure the equipment is right for whatever the customers are putting together. It’s honest work. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just want to stay reliable for the folks who come to see us at our Okhla spot. If you're driving through the industrial area, you'll find us among the other warehouses and factories. We keep a lot of parts on hand because you never know when someone is going to need a specific piece for their leather press or sewing setup. It's just us here, doing what we know how to do best in this part of Delhi. We spend our mornings checking inventory and our afternoons talking to folks who stop by with machine problems. It’s a lot of work but we like it.
