C & S Electric Ltd. is based at 222 in the Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase-III. If you know the area, you know it’s a lot of factories and warehouses. Our building is right in the middle of all that action. It’s a big block and we’ve been here for a good long stretch. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't affect the work we do. There is always a lot of noise from the nearby units, and trucks are constantly lining up on the street outside. Inside, it’s a mix of office space and storage. We have a lot of stuff moving in and out every day. The staff here is mostly local folks who have been around for years. We don't have fancy break rooms or anything like that. Usually, we just grab a tea from the stall nearby or sit at our desks. It’s an honest place to work. You won’t find any polished marble floors here. It’s concrete and functional. We try to keep things moving smoothly, but in an industrial estate like Okhla Phase-III, there are always little delays or things to fix. We just take it one day at a time at number 222. It is a busy, gritty kind of place, and that suits us just fine. We just focus on the daily tasks. It is what it is.
