G T Polymers is just us working out of the D-181 spot in Okhla Industrial Estate Phase III Ffc. Most of our time is spent around the molding machines and dealing with big sacks of raw material. It gets pretty loud and dusty in the shop when everything is running, but that is just how the factory life is for us. My father started this whole thing years ago and we have just kept it going the best we can. We handle a lot of different plastic stuff, mostly small parts that people do not really think about in their daily lives. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend hours fixing them ourselves, getting grease all over our clothes. The Phase III area is always busy with trucks coming and going, so we have to manage the limited space carefully so the loading does not block the road. We are not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a basic shed with some metal desks in the corner and a lot of stock piled up to the ceiling. Most of our regular customers just call us on the phone when they need something, and we try to get the bags ready by the late afternoon. Some days are slow, while others we are working late just to finish a batch of pellets. We drink a lot of tea from the stall around the corner. It is not a glamorous job, but we have been at this address for a long time now.
