Tyche Peripheral Systems Ltd is located on the second floor at 21-A in Hauz Rani, Malviya Nagar. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’re used to it. The area is quite packed with all sorts of small businesses and shops. We’ve got a lot of equipment around the office, as you might expect given what we do. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend our time testing things, fixing problems, and answering questions. Malviya Nagar is a lively spot to be in, and there is always somewhere to grab a quick snack nearby. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy website. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve worked with us before. It’s a very practical environment. We have shelves full of parts and desks covered in cables. Some days we are really busy with a big project, and other days we are just doing maintenance on older systems. We like the independence of being a smaller team. We don't have to go through five levels of management to make a decision. If something needs to happen, we just do it. It’s a simple way to run things, and it has worked for us for quite some time now. We don't really have a big reception area, so when people come by, they usually just walk right into the work area. It's a bit noisy with the fans and machines going, but it's how we get things done.
