Our company, Trans Tool Pvt. Ltd., is tucked away in Block N of Saket at G-9. It’s a decent spot in South Delhi, though finding a place to park near the block can be a real struggle some mornings. We have a small team here working on various tools and technical projects. The office isn't very large, so we’re all pretty close to each other. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. We just handle things ourselves. The workshop area is where most of the action happens, and it can get a bit loud when the machines are running. We’ve got some old desks and chairs that have been with us since the beginning. We don't see any point in replacing things that still work fine. Saket is a nice area, and we like being here even if it gets a bit crowded. We usually grab lunch from the local shops nearby. We don't put on any airs or try to sound more important than we are. We just focus on the tools and making sure they’re done correctly. If you walk past G-9, you might hear the sound of metal or just us talking about the day’s tasks. It’s a quiet, steady kind of life.
