We are based out of A26/4 in the Korea Business Incubation Centremci Estatem, which is part of the Mathura Road area. It’s a very industrial part of town, and the road is always packed with people and vehicles. Our office isn't about looking good; it's about being functional. We have benches with tools, stacks of manuals, and usually some grease on the floor somewhere. We work with machine tools, so it’s a very hands-on environment. Most of the people working here are technicians or have spent years around heavy machinery. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. If you come by, you’ll see us in the middle of a job, probably with a wrench or a screwdriver in hand. Mathura Road is always under some kind of repair, so getting here can be a struggle, but we are here every day from early morning. We don't use those corporate phrases about excellence or missions. We just make sure the machines are working like they should. If someone has a problem with a tool they bought, they bring it in, and we take a look at it. It’s straightforward. We value the fact that people know they can just talk to us without any layers of management. It’s a bit messy and loud, but that’s just the nature of the machine business. We spend our days at A26/4 and we’re quite alright with that. It's a steady life for us here on Mathura Road.
