Our place is at A-77, Dda Sheds in Okhala Industrial Area, Phase-2. It’s a bit of a mouthful of a name with the Htc Sweden and Silicone Concepts part, but we just go by the short version mostly. Being in the Dda Sheds means the space is okay but a bit old and rugged. We’ve been here for a while dealing with floor prep and some silicone products. The Okhala area is always buzzing with activity, so there is never a quiet moment. We have a lot of heavy machinery coming in and out, so the floor stays pretty scuffed up. We aren't trying to win any design awards with the office. It’s just desks, some chairs, and a lot of product samples sitting around on every surface. Most of the time we’re busy on the phone or helping a customer who drove in from across the city. The traffic in Phase-2 is famous for being terrible, so we tell people to come early if they can. We have a few guys in the back who know the machines inside and out. It’s a bit of a niche business, but we like it that way. Sometimes we run out of coffee and everyone gets a bit grumpy until someone goes to get more. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people. We don't use big words or fancy talk. If you need to talk about floors or silicone, this is where we do it. It’s not elegant, but it is real.
