At Hilti India Pvt Ltd, our daily life revolves around our spot at F-90/4 in Okhla Industrial Estate Phase I. It isn't a glamorous place, but it serves us well. Most of the time, the area is buzzing with the sound of trucks and loaders. We've got a small team that handles the paperwork and the inventory. The office is tucked away in the industrial estate, and if you aren't looking closely, you might drive right past F-90/4. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing inside the office. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a few coffee mugs scattered around. We spend our mornings checking what came in and what needs to go out. The guys in the back are always busy with the heavy lifting. It's a lot of practical, hands-on work. We don't have any fancy posters or big vision boards on the walls. We just want to make sure the day goes smoothly and the orders are handled. Sometimes the heat in Okhla gets to be a bit much, but we have some old fans that keep the air moving. It’s a very real environment. No one here is wearing a suit unless they absolutely have to. We just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s been our home for a while, and we know the neighbors well. It’s just how we do things here.
