Stenco Engineers

We are located in Lajpat Nagar No 3, at G/ 62. Lajpat Nagar is always a busy place, but our little corner is slightly away from the main shopping madness. Stenco Engineers is where we spend most of our waking hours. The shop is filled with tools, metal bits, and things that need fixing. It’s not a place where you’d want to wear nice clothes because there’s always some oil or grease somewhere. We have a small workbench that’s seen a lot of use over the years. The floor is concrete and usually has some scraps lying around. We try to sweep up at the end of the day, but by the next morning, it’s messy again. Most of our work involves heavy equipment and a lot of patience. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought, and we end up staying late. The street outside is narrow, so when a delivery truck comes, it blocks everything up for a while. We know the neighbors well, and we often share a cup of tea while talking about the weather or the traffic. It’s a practical kind of place. We don’t have fancy signs or a reception area. If someone comes in, they just talk to whoever is free. It’s been this way for a long time, and we like the familiarity of the neighborhood. Working as an engineer here means you have to be ready for anything.
