Here at Jakson Engineers Ltd., we've been based in DLF Tower A for a while now, up on the sixth floor at A-262. It's a busy spot. Most of us get in early to beat the traffic near the tower. The engineering side of things keeps everyone on their toes. It isn't always quiet in the office, especially when there's a big project deadline. We handle a lot of the technical planning and paperwork from these desks. Some days the elevators are slow, so you get used to waiting. We have a small kitchen area where people grab tea. It’s mostly just us working through drawings or talking on the phone with folks on site. It’s not a fancy setup, but it works for what we need to get done. Dealing with power systems and engineering bits means there’s always something to organize. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold in here. We just get on with the work. You can usually find someone at their desk even late in the afternoon. The views from the sixth floor are okay, but mostly we’re looking at screens. It’s just a group of people trying to keep things running smoothly. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. Being in this part of town makes it easy for vendors to find us. We don't spend much time on decorations. It's just a functional place for the team. It gets a bit noisy when the copier is running in the corner.
