We have been running things here at A-293 / 1 in Okhla Phase-1 for a long time now. It is a very busy industrial area, so there is always a lot of noise from the nearby units and trucks moving in and out all day. Eppeltone Engineers Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of us who know how to handle the machinery. Our office is not anything special to look at. There are some old filing cabinets and a couple of desks that have seen better days. We spend most of our time on the shop floor anyway. The commute to Okhla can be a real pain because of the traffic near the container depot, but we manage to get in by nine most mornings. We usually get tea from the stall at the corner twice a day. It is a simple routine. We do not have any big fancy meetings or corporate events. We just take the orders as they come and try to finish them before the deadline. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. It gets dusty inside because of all the construction happening nearby. We have some regular customers who have been coming to us for years. They know where to find us and they know we just do the work without any fuss. It is a practical way to run a business and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
