Arun Verma Engineering And Contractors is based out of Lajpat Nagar - IV in New Delhi. Our office is on the 3rd floor of E-137 in Amar Colony. It’s a busy neighborhood, as anyone who lives in Delhi knows. We do a lot of engineering and contracting work from here. The office isn't very big, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of exercise every day. Amar Colony has its own unique feel, and we’ve been part of it for a bit. Our work involves a lot of coordination between different sites and the office. We aren't trying to be some giant firm; we just handle our contracts and make sure the engineering side is sorted out. Some days are quieter than others, depending on how many projects are active. We have a small team here. We use the space to meet with clients or talk through the technical details of a job. It’s a straightforward setup. No marble floors or fancy art on the walls, just desks, computers, and files. We like being in this part of town because it’s central for most of our projects around the city. It’s a practical place to run a contracting business from, and it serves us well for the daily grind of the engineering and construction industry in New Delhi.
