Calcon Engineers

We operate out of E-90 in Lajpat Nagar Phase-I. It’s a residential-looking street, but there are a lot of small offices like ours tucked away here. Calcon Engineers isn't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We’re a small group of guys who enjoy the technical side of engineering. Our office is mostly filled with drawings, old manuals, and some measuring tools. It gets a bit cluttered sometimes, especially when we’re in the middle of a big project. Lajpat Nagar is a busy area of Delhi, and finding parking near the office is always a bit of a nightmare for us and our visitors. We’ve been here for a good while, and the neighborhood has changed a lot around us. We still use some of the same desks we started with. There’s no big sign out front, just a small plate near the door. We spend a lot of time on site or huddled over blueprints. It’s not the most modern office you’ll ever see, but it’s where we do our thinking. We don't have a marketing department; we just answer the phone when it rings. It’s a practical, local way of doing things, and it works for us. We drink a lot of coffee while we're going over the technical specs. The shelves are overflowing with old files that we really should organize one day, but for now, we know where everything is. Lajpat Nagar is where we grew up, so it feels right to have our office here among the familiar streets.
