We are located on the second floor of Chandi Plaza in Sant Nagar. It's near East of Kailash, so there's always something going on around here. The office isn't huge but it fits us. We spend most of our time dealing with pots and pans and all that kitchen stuff. It gets a bit crowded with samples sometimes. We've been in this building for a bit now. People find us by looking for the plaza, it’s a well-known spot. We don’t have a big fancy showroom. Mostly it’s just desks and boxes. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We talk to customers on the phone and handle orders. It's pretty straightforward work. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We sell cookware because that's what we know. The neighborhood is a mix of offices and homes. Lunch breaks are usually spent at one of the local stalls nearby. We've got a small crew. We handle everything from the inventory to the billing. It’s a bit of a juggle but we manage. If you come by, you'll probably see a few of us drinking tea and looking at spreadsheets. It's just a normal office. We try to be honest about what we have. No big promises, just selling what’s on the list. We aren't trying to be fancy.
