S.R.Engineers

S.R.Engineers is based out of Gurgaon, specifically in Shiv Colony 2. We call it our H.O., but it’s really just where we coordinate everything from. We’ve been working in the engineering field for a while now, and our days are usually spent looking at drawings or checking on how a project is going. Gurgaon is a place that never stops building, so there is always something to look at. In Shiv Colony 2, we have our office where we keep the tools and the plans we need for the week. It can get a bit messy with all the blueprints and technical manuals lying around, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time out at different sites, so the office isn’t always full, but someone is usually there to answer the door. Engineering is about getting the details right, so we spend a lot of time double-checking measurements and making sure the materials are what they should be. It’s practical work that requires a lot of focus and sometimes a bit of heavy lifting. We don’t have a big corporate feel; we’re just a group of people who know how to build and fix things. Being in Gurgaon means we have to be quick because everything moves fast here. We just try to do a solid job on every project we take on and keep our equipment in good shape. It isn't always exciting, but it's consistent work that keeps us moving. We might have some grease on our hands or dust on our boots, but the work gets done correctly and that is what matters to us at the end of the day.
