Soloman International

Soloman International is based at 123, Lajpat Nagar. If you know the area, you know it’s always crowded and full of energy. Our office is right in the thick of it. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, and the hallway is a little narrow, but we like it here. The space is filled with samples and boxes that we’ve collected over time. It’s not a polished showroom by any means. It’s more of a working storage room where we get things sorted. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists. There is always a lot of chatter in the background because the market is just outside. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just wear what is comfortable for a long day of work. The team is small, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s moving boxes or answering emails. Lajpat Nagar has its own rhythm, and we’ve definitely adapted to it. Sometimes we stay late when things get hectic, especially during the busy seasons. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the paperwork is done. It is a messy, busy, and honest way to work, and it suits us just fine. We just keep moving forward one day at a time. It keeps us on our toes.
